Is running up and down the stairs about 20 times good for you?
I'm sad because i have been ill with a fever so i let my self go, and treated myself with really unhealthy food for about 3 days.
day 1: cheerios applesx2 orangesx2 cookiesx3 and half a cheese-omelette D:
day2: cheerios applesx3!! cookiesx2 and oatmeal and yogurt and orange and a bowl of home-popped popcorn. ;)
BUT THEN AT DAY 3!!! : started pretty normal, cheerios, banana AND A BIG AS* APPLE PIE SLICE WITH WHIPPED CREAM!!!!
i was sick so i didn't exercise at all...i ran up the stairs (3floors) 20 times it took about 6 to 7 minutes and i was thinking to go for a few minute walk...i don't wanna get fat again.
Did i burn the apple pie off? Thank you so much for your time! :)

You're going to gain a little bit of weight when you're sick either way. Just let it be and focus on that issue once you're HEALTHY.

When you are as heavy as you are, wobbly, you need to consult a doctor before doing any strenuous exercise.
