Where can I get National Guard award records?

I thought I already posted this. Where might I find records for an award I received in the National Guard? This was for the state of Arkansas and it's an ARCOM (if I remember correctly.) But I do not have the orders and neither does my old unit. I'm completely out of the military now. I have all my Active Duty awards listed on my DD214, but need to get this last one's paper trail in order.

    You can call your local National Guard unit to get information as to where/phone number of your state HQ's library. They should have copies of your file.
