Dos anyone know this movie?

It starts off with a college girl needing a ride to her parents home and finds a guy who is offering since he is going that way. However, in some kind of valley/mountain area the car dies or gets stuck ( a lot of snow and non-sense). So somehow there is a sheriff and he rams their car or something ( The same song plays on the radio when he shows up and they learn this). There are dead monks/priests in a cabin. People show up and the two try to chase them down to find nothing. Whenever the sheriff/cop touches them they get like extreme frost bite or something. She finds out the guy is her stalker and then she's mad. When he dies he shows her the way out. That is all I remember hopefully someone knows what I am talking about.
