Really Need Some Advice Should I Talk To Him On Facebook Or Not...... PLEASE HELP..?

So im 16 1/2 and there's theres this guy that lives less than a mile up the road and he's 20 and i really like him and i think he might kinda like me too

But we don't really see each other that often because we don't live in a town

But we talk when we see each other around and we've spoken on facebook once

But he has a girlfriend but i don't think there really that close :/

How can i get his attention because i really like him

I want to be with him more than anything i ever want before in my life he is one of the nicest and genuine people i've ever met

Should i start talking to him more on facebook or would i just look weird and desperate and if i do talk to him on facebook what should i say
