Advice?? I feel really guilty about this?
Here's the story.
In PE at school, I was playing Capture the Flag. I was chasing this guy to try and get him out, and I was running flat out, and this girl went after the same guy I was chasing. I couldn't stop in time, and I hit her hard enough to knock her over. I got up and made sure she was OK, and apologized over and over, and kept playing. Then, I did it again, this time hard enough to really hurt her. I feel really guilty, and I don't know how to feel better. I apologized over and over, and she forgives me, but it doesn't really help. I feel really guilty and ashamed. Any advice?
PS: she's on my team at school for PE, and in Biology with me, so I can't avoid her, and I don't want to.

Go up to her next time you see her take a deep breath and truly look her in the eyes and ask her, "Do you really forgive me for what I did?". If she says the same thing again and you still feel guilty, wait a little bit until after she kinda feels better. Then, talk to her and see if she says different.
Hope I helped (:

She accepts your apology. Just forget it, and...(from what I'm reading), it kinda sounds like you might have a thing for this girl. Just act normal. She's over it and just be funny about it-like before a p.e. class say "I apoligize in advance...I don't want to knock you out and you to think I did it on purpose xD" or something like that.

I agree with them ^
Just be chill and crack a joke about it. Or if you like her or even want to be just friends with her, ask her to hang out or grab lunch (on you! ;) ) to make up for it. It'd help you feel less guilty and you could gain a friend!
