Limited/No connectivity - Orange Livebox?

Hi everyone. I am connecting to the Internet wirelessly through my neighbours router (who we pay £5 a month to use as we can't afford to get our own at the moment), they are with Orange and use their Lovebox to connect. Most of the time it's fine, but on a pretty regular basis it will get Limited/No Connectivity. Is there any way to fix this other than simply restarting the router?

Like I said, most of the time everything works fine but then we'll get this for like 4 days in a row and since I have to knock on our neighbours to reset it, it's pretty inconvenient for us both. I'm thinking it may be an issues with the router and not with the Orange connection itself but I'm hoping maybe there's something simple I can change in the settings that will stop this happening as it's a huge pain in the ***.

    Has to do with their ISP service, maybe they need to upgrade to something better. The router is working only as it can, this is an ISP issue.
