How differently would Cain be treated by the liberal press?

They'd love him and say it was racism that was causing people to look badly on him for something that could just be being greatly misunderstood. That plenty of people in this day and age are accused for sexual harassment for no reason especially wealthy politicians and naturally as such any politician would just settle to make things go away. They would say America should get over the racism that Republican biased media and traitorous "Uncle Tom's" impose upon them and learn to except that the man is a good man that even if the allegations were true would not inhibit his overall moral character and his superior democratic black man intellect. You cant spell DemocRat without rat.

I think pretty good and sadcat make a good point. all this time, you guys were claiming you were called racist simply for disagreeing with obama... it surely can't be your obsession with race, or the fact that you act as though black people should still be looked at as slaves or simply lesser beings...

cain is being treated the same as any politician with a similar history. I'm sure that people know about the other scandals of politicians because no one talked about them, right?

You know, when Obama ran for president he didn't mention race one single time for fear the Republicans would bash him for 'playing the race card'. Of course they did anyway. The Repubs tried as hard as they could to make his color a major factor, while constantly accusing -him- of using race.

Now the knee grow is on the other knee. 8^) And Republicans can't let go of Cain's color. Any criticism of Cain, they insist, is racially motivated. They act like it was the only interesting thing about Cain. They did the same with Michael Steele and even Clarence Thomas. One of the funniest things I ever saw was Strom Thurmond, during the Clarence Thomas hearings, accusing Democrats who opposed Thomas of racism. I couldn't believe I was hearing it! Strom Thurmond accusing someone of racism is like GW Bush accusing someone of being ignorant!

Do you not remember Anthony Wiener, Eric Massa, John Edwards, Eliot Spitzer, McGreevy, Clinton, or Gary Hart.

Yeah - All of those Democrats got a complete pass in the press (but only the fictional press invented inside conservative bubbles)

His biggest critics are coming from his own party. He has a voodoo taxation plan that would hurt the working class, he has the notorious Koch Brothers supporting him, a couple of women want to go public about his sexual harrassments. He is causing his own problems, not the so called liberal press.

Interestingly, the intelligent black conservatives in your party, who have NOT been accused of sexual harassment by four different women, regularly think for themselves and have no problem with the "liberal media". Nor do they use the race card to deflect any criticism of their record.
