Do you think the Occupy Seattle protests will turn into a repeat of the WTO riots 10 years ago?

No.

I witnessed the WTO riots (I was in one of the skyscrapers looking down at the tear gas, police in riot gear and vandalism).

People came into Seattle from all over the country and world to protest the WTO talks, including a subset of people whose intention was to cause the riots.

Occupy Seattle has already "occupied" Seattle for several weeks with little violence. They'll have to ratchet up their tactics if their intent is to disrupt and destroy. But they need to be careful because that kind of violence often turns people against their cause, so the results of their efforts can be mixed.
