yes you can remit the amount of one bank account in another bank with a small commission
i am getting my rent like that my tenant remits cash in his bank and that amount is credited to my account in other bank

No, you can take money out from a different bank's ATM, but you can't put money in. Kind of strange, now that I think about it!
