Personality, similarities (sense of humour, similar lifestyle, interests, etc...) and of the same height.
Actually, looks isn't that important to me. You must be similar to your partner so the relationship doesn't break down.

In a girl I want these traits:
Be able to take abuse
Follow the rules and regulations (open the door for me, walk with her head down)
Be willing to get carried out in public on a leash
