I have been friends with Mike since 7th grade and we just finished 11th grade a week ago. We have been close friends, texting, talking, snap chatting etc. of course, I don't have Facebook or twitter, so we don't communicate through those means.

There is this other girl named Taylor that has a crush on him and asked him to go to Jr. Prom with her. However, Mike said no that he had a date, though he didn't. The next day, he asked me and I said yes. So, we went as friends but Taylor found out that he had lied to her. I had no idea that that happened to begin with until after the prom.

Since then, Mike and Taylor gave gone out together and such, which is obviously fine. They also went out together before the Jr. Prom too. He always tells me how annoying she is. Mike and I weren't dating or anything and I don't have a crush on him. But, ever since the Jr. Prom, he has been acting strangely to me. It's weird because he acts normal to everyone except me. He barely texts me and I know that he has flat out lied to me about being busy when I invited him and others to the beach with me.

Mind you, I don't particularly like Taylor, and I know that she doesn't like me. But, she isn't dating Mike. I know that for sure.

I'm not one to confront people, but I'm not sure what I should do. Should I ask him what's wrong? Any advice is appreciated.

Okay so I have this one friend at school that is a year younger than me. (I am a girl, and he is a guy). Anyway, we are in the same club at school and he wrote down this note to me about someone else in the team the other day and I told the coach about it. Not because I wanted to get him in trouble or anything just because I thought it was funny. Anyway, somehow, a whole chain of people found out and he is upset with me about it. I found out who knew and they all agreed not to talk about it anymore.

Anyway, I texted him last night saying that I was sorry and that everything is taken care of and that the person it was about does not know about it. He didn't respond. I also left him a message in his phone saying I was sorry and told him to just let me know if he got my message. He didn't, so I texted him to see but he didn't respond. I tried calling him again and he ignored my call.

I wrote out this big apology text and I am unsure of whether or not I should send it. Basically, I just say how truly sorry I am and that I hope he doesn't think that he can't trust me. And that I have been in bed sick all day, and I feel terrible that I upset him by telling anyone to begin with.

Should I send it or just let it go and wait until I see him on Wednesday to talk to him?

So I start my Junior Year of high school in exactly one week from today! I'm taking 4 AP Classes, and 4 Honors Classes. I have no lunch, study hall, or off period. I am going to go straight through the day from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm with no breaks. I am taking AP Lit, AP Chem, AP US History, and AP Euro. I am also taking Honors Pre-Calculus, Honors Spanish, College Criminal Justice/Sociology, College Accounting/Wall Street, and Weight Room. I am involved in three clubs, my most demanding being the Mock Trial Team, where we have practice Monday until 4, Tuesday-Wednesday until 5:30, Friday until 4, and Saturday Morning from 8 am until 12 pm. Also, I have an SAT class every Thursday from 5:30-6:45 about an hour away from my house. I work on Sunday morning from 8 am until 3 pm. On Friday night I volunteer for a local government from 3-5 pm. Also I have three tutors for an hour each every week. On top of this, I also play the piano and take an hour lesson every Monday, and am prepping for the National Piano Guild Festival. I don't know how I can balance all this plus my school work! Finally I am the Vice President of my high school, and the President of my Class. Please any advice would help!! Thank You!!!!!!!

My dad is turning 50 on February 6. I need to get him something still. I was thinking of my brother sister and I all joining together to get him a gift, but I'm not sure what we should get. Together we can spend probably $400-600. We were thinking of sending him out to dinner with his siblings and our mom but we don't know if that is a good idea.

He is picky. He hates anything that has to do with sports and is not the handyman. He likes fashion (he is not gay) and also works a lot.

Any ideas?

I am 15 and I am looking to spend around $60-$90. My mom is 43 years old. She hates anything scented and clothes aren't an option. My sister already got her pajamas and slippers. I don't want to get her gift cards. She doesn't drink so wine is out. Also, she hates coffee. Sounds picky right? My dad got her shoes and a rain jacket. My brother got her toothpaste, toothbrush, nail polish etc.

What should I get her?

My two friends (Sam: I've known since kindergarten and Ashley: since fifth grade) have changed a lot this year. They have become really perverted and boy crazy, especially since this new kid started school this year. They don't really include me in their conversations and I never know what they are talking about anymore. They also have taken up another friend, Tina, that is even more perverted and slutty than they are becoming. I don't want to really associate with them too much anymore, mainly because I don't want to become part of that crowd. For the past 2 weeks I haven't gone to lunch to avoid sitting with all of them.

Anyway, Sam and Ashley asked me why I don't go to lunch anymore, and I said I don't like sitting with Tina. So Sam said that I hate Tina more than I like them (stupid comment). I didn't really respond to that.

I have been pretty distant from them this week. I want to end the friendship once and for all. What can I say to them so it can be over? I don't care if I burn bridges but I also don't want them to hate me (I don't think that me saying choose between me and Tina would work well).

I am going to Six Flags in two weeks and was wondering if anyone had a money saving or time saving survival guide. I will be there from 10:30 AM until 9:00 PM. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!

So I am going to Six Flags Great Adventure with three of my friends in two weeks. Being that we are going for my one friend's birthday, her parents are paying for the tickets and for lunch, which we will be having in the middle of the day off of Six Flags property. We will be there from 9:30 AM until 10:00 PM so I am pretty sure I will have to buy some snacks while I am there. Also, I have to buy souvenirs for my family that is not coming with me, which is a total of five people. I was hoping to get things like Looney Toones mugs, air brushed tee-shirts, superhero capes, etc. Does anyone have an estimate on how much money I should bring with me? I will bring my own camera for pictures. Also, if anyone has any ideas on the most cost effective things I could buy (ie. refillable cups) I would appreciate it. Thank you!

I'm going to Six Flags Great Adventure for the first time in a week. I have to bring enough money for souvenirs for five people and enough food for myself to last me from 10:30 AM until 9:00 PM. How much money should I bring with me?

So I have been friends with this guy since third grade and I am a freshman in high school now. We became especially close in middle school but I'm not allowed to date so I never asked him out or anything once I started to have a crush on him in seventh grade. Last year, I thought I was over him (crush wise) and told him tha I had a crush on him in seventh grade. He was cool with it but never said that he ever liked me back. Now this year I have a crush on hm again. I don't think he likes me more than as a friend because whenever I have asked him who he likes he says no one. He had his first girl friend over the summer but she broke up with him right befor school started in September. I have a lot of classes with him and we still are close. How do I get over beng in love with him since I know that he doesn't like me back?

Okay so every year we get a gift for christmas and our parental units give us hints.
