I work in construction and last 2 days I have now strength in my left hand?
In know there is something wrong in my upper back because both of my hands go numb when sleeping feeling comes back as soon as I stretch I don't have any pain but I cant lift 5pounds with my left hand now

It's possible there could be a problem in your neck, but I think it's much more likely you're developing carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands, probably from the construction work. Because of the weakness and the needs and nature of your job, you should see an orthopedist as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can get wrist splints at most pharmacies. Sleeping in the splints can help a lot, especially with night pain.
