Need suggestions on what to get Girlfriend for her birthday.?

My loving girlfriends 20th is coming up and i can't figure out what to get her. I'm creating this just to get ideas and suggestions from other people. But to tell some things about her so you get an idea on who she is. Currently shes a nursing student we both live very close to downtown Chicago. I looked for events/concerts but couldn't find anything that seemed interesting. I already took her to blue man group and most of the museums in downtown. I don't want to get her jewelry, because I've gotten jewelry for her before. She comes from a rich family, so everything she wants she pretty much gets. I considered buying stuff for biking, (shes goes biking a lot with her family), skiing, snowboarding, running, but unfortunately, her father buys most of this stuff for her.

I want to get her something creative.

If you guys know any place i missed by chicago that are cool to go to.
