Which head coach in the league do you have the most respect for?

There's a difference between "who's your favorite hc" and "which hc do you have the most respect for." Please, catch it!

Feel free to explain why.

    Barry Trotz

He has a bunch of scrubs for the most part (excluding Suter, Weber, and Rinne) and manages to keep his team competitive in one of the hardest division considering the Red Wings and Blackhawks both play in their division. I will then say the Dave Tippet is a close second with the scrubs he is given considering his team plays in the hardest division.

    Barry Trotz without a doubt.

He has made an incredible team over the years consistently in a non-traditional market that doesn't spend money on big name players. He isn't afraid to make a point and when questioned he is very direct, the fact that he has been the Nashville Predators one and only coach, he deserves this honor. Honestly, he deserved the Jack Adams in my opinion.

Mike Babcock, he's such a calm guy and doesn't get pissy like Torts. He explains to his team what they're doing wrong in a reasonable manner. Great guy.
