I have about 4 acres that is zoned industrial and use part of it as a storage yard for my current business. I am looking for ideas to start another business on the property or to generate rental income for some purpose. Any ideas appreciated! Thank you

As I tell my clients; You are the only one that can figure that out as every situation is unique. Find an unmet need that is also something you like to do. Complete a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis and write a business plan to prove that the business idea is workable.
