Should I wear my military uniform to Remembrance Day Services or go in civilian garb?

I'm trying to decide which is more appropriate. I don't want to sound superficial, and I don't want to highlight myself; so I am thinking of going in formal civilian wear.

    Your respective cap and jacket with ribbons awards etc. It denotes you did serve in the military

    / and its acceptable to those who are currently serving. ...................................................... !!
