Can people under 18 give Inspirational words of wisdom?

I have never met anyone under 18 like that, have you? I think that would be a rare thing. As for Miley Cyrus getting BIO out at 15, you have to remember people such as Miley have a team of adults working behind them, everything they say has been written for them.

Believe it or not yes, but not often. Some cultures say that young children are pure and they know best, which in my opinion is wrong because they do not know enough about how the world really is - it aint all about fairy tales. But in modern days, especially with science and in the western culture, the case is that teenagers are generally impulsive and unwise just because that is the way their brain is wired. However in some cases (extraordinary individuals and geniuses) even in early years and teenage years they can have a lot of wise things to say and more importantly some of those people are wiser in their early years than most people become in their entire life. But I have to point out this is very rare. So yes I do think some people under 18 can have words of wisdom - especially if they quote someone.

Just about anyone is capable of wisdom. The young and the old can learn much from one another if they keep an open mind to receive such wisdom.

Of course they can. Most of the deep, inspirational things I hear is from kids. The other day a 7 year old told me that he loved life because his girlfriend dumped him. I asked him why, he said he was sad, but if he could be that sad, then he had to have been really happy before, and that maybe he's got to take the bad with the good. Then he hugged me and he and his mom got off the train. It's not the number of years in your life that matter, it's the life in your years.

Yes the innocence of a child can make you rethink or question. This is inspirational.

Especially some children with learning difficulties. They come up with some beyond the box ideas and are very quick.

absolutely, why not? wisdom doesn't come with age, I believe it comes from experience. And many kids have already experience alot of things :)
