Warren Buffet promised BIG DONATIONS to the Charity after his death but not to the Government, why?

He knows that the governments charity means the money end up in the politicians pocket one way or another..

When you donate to the Federal Gov' it's like donating to a non-profit organization that spends 95% on administration and 5% to the cause.

He knows that charities will make better use of his money than the government
