Is it just harder for tall people to run?
I'm 6'4" tall and never found running very easy, I'm about 80kg (176lbs) or is it just a matter of endurance? I walk at about 5km/h (3.1mph) happily.

Nah its hard for everyone. Its all about what level of exertion you set for yourself. If you are talking about competitive running then you may have a point. All the tall dudes are in the shorter distances. You never see a big man run 1500m or more, unless it is in the decathlon. And marathon runners are all tiny. Usain Bolt is about your height.

I dont think so. Ive always been one of the tallest guys on the teams I've been on, I think the only disadvantage would be drafting. Since everyone can draft of you and you can't draft off the smaller people lol. Just remember, you have a longer stride than those shorter guys so you have to take less steps to finish! Ha

Yeah... the air is thinner up there, you may have more structural difficulties- as there is more weight and pressure put on your body than an average heighted person.
