Really bad allergies!!?

1) Change the air filter to your AC unit - this is usually the reason some people get allergies

2) Sleep with two pillows - This prevents nasal drainage from getting stuck in your throat causing a sore throat.

3) Take a hot-warm bath before bed - the steam helps loosen phlegm so you get it out of your chest

5) plenty of rest - your body does most of its healing while you sleep
