Yogurt recommendations--based on nutrition?
Hi guys, I'm looking for a plain (or flavored) low-fat to non-fat yogurt (regular, NOT greek) that's relatively high in protein and low in sugar/carbs. Also, it can't have gelatin in it, but let me worry about that :) So, does anyone know a yogurt I can try that's not overly sweetened, and relatively low-calorie? Thanks!

So long as you're avoiding yoplait, dannon, or any other yogurts that advertise on tv, you should be fine. Just check the ingredients to make sure there's no gelatin, that is contains active cultures, and you should be fine. Yogurt, at its simplest, is milk + cultures. That should be on the label. Any cheap brand should meet your needs.
If you find a yogurt that you like, you should look into using that as a starter culture for homemade yogurt.

Just check out the nutrition labels on the yogurts next time you are at the store.
