Simply curious: Compliment poll for men and women!?
If your significant other addresses you through text or email such as "Hello Beautiful" or "Hello Handsome", does that count as a compliment in your book? Does it make a difference if s/he says it in person to you?
I am just asking because my boyfriend always starts the day off with a "Hello Beautiful/Gorgeous/etc" text and its very nice to wake up to HOWEVER when it is that repetitive, it starts to make me think it is more out of habit than anything. And when we get dressed up to go out, he doesn't say anything. Once I asked him if I looked ok before we went to an opera and he responded with , "yea, you look fine." That would have been a perfect time to compliment right? Just thinking out loud here, I have too much time on my hands today! :)

women feel better with compliments when in person...at least i do bc through a text how do they know...lol unless when you text them that and they tell you your always beautiful babe. i love it esp when i feel like crap or when im really tired hair all a mess still in a partial ponytail and baggy pjs on and a man looks at me and says your so beautiful. :)

If its them assembly one of my acquaintances and its not something more beneficial than a ''fantastic shoes'' or something like that, i'd not recommendations in any respect. If we were out in a eating position and he is going as a lot as a stranger and says more beneficial than a praise or only an widely used praise i could probable get mad.

I guess it could. It's not the greatest compliment. I always call my gf beautiful but she never really says anything to tell me she thinks I'm attractive. Oh well, that's just who she is I guess. But I definitely would like it better in person! lol

I view them as a compliment if my girlfriend sends me a text with "hey handsome" in it. It's even better if she says it face to face to me. A compliment is a compliment and compliments are great
