Gamestop if you're looking for a store, otherwise I would recommend selling it online or to friends. If you shop at Gamestop a lot and have one of their Powerup Pro cards, you'll get and extra 10% on your trade along with any special they might be running. I saw a family trade in 2 DS lites with 8 games; they made enough to buy TWO 3DSs along with Pokemon Black and White, and still had money left over because they came in on a day Gamestop was running a bunch of trade bonuses.

You can get the most money by putting your games up for sale on Craigslist. Ebay and Gamestop type stores will rip you off and sell your game way too high for the person who wants it. Cut out the middle man.
