President Obama was given $850 billion for "shovel ready green jobs."
He later joked at a fundraiser "I guess those jobs weren't really shovel ready."

My dog creates more shovel ready jobs with the poop she produces each day. "Green jobs" are a joke since for every green job created you loose two jobs!

Most of it, >80%, went to people and organizations that support him and the D party. Barring legislation, green jobs will not become viable for at least a couple of more decades.
