why do teenager's hair fall?
Ok I'm an 18 year old guy and I have a hair fall problem. On the back and sides of my head, theres normal hair but its really thin at the top of my head. I don't get it. Why is is it like this? I eat proper food. I eat lots of fruits, vegetables, wheat and meat. I workout 6 days a week. I sleep for 6 - 7 hours everyday. At a distance my hair looks normal but if you get really close and see it under light, my scalp is visible. I shampoo my hair every alternate day and I use an anti-hairfall shampoo. I don't use any conditioner. I think this shampoo is the only thing which is keeping my hair in place. If I start using a normal shampoo which is not anti-hairfall, then even more hair falls and my scalp becomes more visible. Why is this happening!? I feel like an OLD MAN!!!!

First of all you need not worry about your Falling hair phenomena. It happens because of water, shampoo, nature of your body, and many other odd reasons. Apply oil very regularly and make you don;t leave your hair dry anytime of the day. When you go out make sure you wear a helmet when you drive a bike, or cleanse it after you come back to your place. Its just a normal process. If you lose some it grows back. Anyways there are some instances when things under your control happen blisteringly without notice. Dude and you are just 18 there are many other things outside. Go get em' !
Have u ever seen VIN DIESEL !! :) Dont worry go see a well known Doc .

Teenagers do not typically have problems with losing their hair. However, there have been plenty of cases that this has occurred. Hair loss in teenagers can happen for several reasons. The first step to remedying teenage hair loss is to discover the cause of the problem.
One type of hair loss that can occur in teens is Alopecia areata, the same type of balding that is prominent in adults. Teenagers may notice one or two inch, circular bald spots suddenly. Again, it is rare that teenagers experience this type of balding; however, teenagers with this gene may notice hair loss as early as fifteen years old. If the teen loses less than half of their hair, there is a promising chance that the hair will return to normal growth. However, there are plenty of cases that need to be treated with medications for hair loss.

This is due to hormonal imbalance in your body.
But no shampoo is reliable especially with detergents.
Better meet a qualified Homoeo physician and get the treatment.
