Not as long as China isn't harming the USA or its friends it has nothing whatsoever to worry about.
It's not like ballistic missiles or B2 bombers can't hit China now.

I'm supposed to link together something here and come to a conclusion but for the life of me I have no idea what your question is. Why is it that China should be concerned and what should their concern be exactly? You don't actually mention this in your question. Anyway,I think China should be concerned with their economy, as should we.
