Weight watchers??does it work?

Weight watchers is based on a point system. They give all foods a certain number of points and then tell you how many points you can eat depending on your statistics. There is also a weekly weigh in session and support group. It definitely works if you stick to it. Obviously you will need to pay a joining fee, but this is sometimes a good thing as it keeps you going to the sessions, which will hopefully keep you on track.
