Using heat protectant everyday?

You shouldn't use heat protectant everyday unless you are using heat tools. Use leave in conditioner everyday or use almond oil in your hair, it is enriched with all the vitamins hair needs to grow thick, long, and shiny, the longer you leave almond oil in your hair the more it will do.

It isn't necessary, but i'd say you should. Alot of damage is caused by the sun and it's harmful rays, including fading your color, even if its natural, and drying your locks. Heat protectant prevents that, to what extent I'm not sure. If you feel you need to, like if you lifeguard or do something where you're outside alot, then why not? In essence, heat protectant really only coats your hair, protecting it from the elements like flat irons, blowdryers, and curlers. Therefore, the coating will also prevent damage from the sun, wind, cold, and even humidity. It won't make your hair less frizzy or more shiny, but it will protect it. Personally, I'd recommend applying it every day, or everytime you wash your hair, but it's up to you. Do you need it?

i advise that you use a leave-in conditioner if you want a daily product for your hair.
