What's wrong with my back?

Okay, so for quite a while now (at least a month) I've had really bad back pain, it's mostly in the centre of my back but sometimes it's everywhere. It hurts to bend down, and sometimes, on really bad days, I'll sit down and I won't be able to get up again. Sometimes it makes me scream or start crying. It feels like something is stabbing my back or digging into me, or as if someone put something really heavy on my back while I was laying down. Sometimes it causes a twitching in my leg too. My friend told me the other day that my back looks like there's something wrong with it. I told my parents about it and my mum keeps refusing to take me to the doctor. Today I started crying because of it, it hurts so much.

Has anyone experienced similar? Or does anyone know what it could be? Please help me!

There is a devise called Inversion table and it is brilliant for back problems, You can see a demonstration on youtube. Also if you turn your mattress over onto it's other side then turn it upside down so the top is at the bottom end of the bed that will give you better support. Use a memory foam pillow to sleep on to.

You should check this Sciatica Natural Treatment

    http://cure-sciatica.info/

Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication

I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.

I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica. Try a reputable chiropractor ASAP!

Daniel is correct. Your back takes a beating every day. It's not realised until something goes horribly wrong. Back adjustments by a Chiropractor are necessary for back health. I strongly advise mum to take you as soon as possible only because it is causing other issues at this point that could adversely affect you forever.

im not a doctor but ive had similar issues.the twitch in your leg is a sciatic nerve in your back.you have got injured somehow.you need to go to the doctor and have it checked out.try to rest in bed and maybe use a heating pad to help the pain,or try a hot shower to relieve the pain.i hope it gets better.

Never to that degree it sounds pretty awful. When I had pretty bad back pain my mom suggested I should go to the chiropractor. I was a little reluctant but she said it helped a lot so I went with her. After your done your back feels a little beat up but after you sleep it feels amazing!

It is sciatica due to the Piriformis syndrome. It’s a body disorder, not disease. You can remove pains by stretching your muscle. This iPhone app link help you to remove sciatica pains.
