    Hello Dear

Coca-Cola Zero or Coke Zero is a product of the Coca-Cola Company. It is a low-calorie (0.75 calories per liter) variation of Coca-Cola specifically marketed to males, who were shown to associate 'diet' drinks with women.

You should avoid drinking Coke in excess as it is full of chemicals . Substitute it with fresh lime and you will get a supplement of VITAMIN C as well .

Coke zero and any coke wipes out every living good probiotic and bacteria it comes into contact with in the GI tract. It also destroy 90% of the mucosal protective layer. If you keep coke in your mouth overnight, you will not have any teeth left in the morning. It is around 10 000 - 100 000 times more acidic than our blood that is the healthy PH range of our body, it causes calcium leaching from our bones in order to help to neutralise the acidity and it also contains aspartme, a well established neuro toxin that has been shown to CAUSE brain tumours.

I donno what to do with the Vegetarian with a Soft drink!! To know the ingredients you have to ask for the actual formula from Coca-Cola Company. Try that.

As far as i know Sodium cyclamate, a relatively cheap artificial sweetener banned by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) since 1969 as a carcinogen, has been used in the Coca-Cola Zero versions produced in Spain, Portugal, Venezuela, Chile, and some Central American countries.

    Yes.

However, having an obsession with anything is bad for health. CZ uses an artificial sweetner that is a carcinogen (according to your FDA).

Limit intake for health concerns, but for Vege/vegan diets it's ok

    Cheers,

If you don't want to eat ''animal flesh'' or ''meat'', then check on the back of the candy, to make sure there is no Gelatin. Gelatin is made from horse hooves. Gelatin is commonly found in gummy bears, worms, jolly ranchers(not the hard ones), etc.(mostly gummy candy).

Yes, if you don't mind the fact that Coke is one of the most unethical companies I can think of, destroying and polluting land and financing evil regimes.

Uh yeah, I'm pretty sure it's ok. But you won't catch me drinking it! I'm 100% Regular Coke all the way!!

it contains artificial sweeteners which trick your body into thinking it's getting sugar which spikes your insulin levels. drinking/eating real sugar in moderation is actually healthier for you.
