Without a doubt, Ive been sexually harrassed at work. Who would be responsible?

I have plenty of proof with emails and photoshop pics of me naked. I turned them over to yhe G.M. who didnt do anything. I work for a smaller company that subcontracts for a much larger company that the harrasser works for. I am housed in the larger companys facility, with the harrasser. When I finally had enough, I told the harrasser to stop or I would take action. He went nuts and quit. The owner convinced him to come back. but the harrasser had the condition of coming back only if I left. I made him uncomfortable. I was transfered immediately. I forwarded some emails to my boss, who forwarded them to the bigger business owner. They both agree that the harrasser is sick, but thats all. I know he is a more valued employee then me, but this cant be legal can it?

You were transferred out of contact with him. That means the company has dealt with the issue. You may not like how they did it but they have separated you from the harasser. Now if he does something again then you can complain again. Then if they ignore it you report it to the labor board and they will investigate. Yes it is legal what they did.

if neither company will do anything file a complaint to your state's eeoc (equal rights commission), but be prepared to wait, my age discrimination complaint took 3 years but i won $80,000.
