if you left the bolts in it would not dance across the floor ..it would not rotate and probably blow the fuse ..all most certainly either you have a wooden floor and the machine has not been levelled or a solid floor where it will do just the same ..not only must you adjust and lock the adjusters below at both left to Right and back to front you must allso level it diagonally ..like a cross from front left to right rear and front right to left rear ...try harder

I regarded up this one, it fairly is a ideal-load washer, Did you place interior the washer or did sears? I ask because of the fact there are contraptions that secured the interior factors of the gadget for cargo, those must be bumped off at installation, those are often bumped off in the previous the gadget is plugged in, they call them a rip twine and it fairly is often secured to the plug cord and you ought to make the attempt to no longer pull this gadget, i won't be able to think of them nevertheless being in place. frequently they're yellow and the capability twine is linked to a minimum of one end of the rip twine. The rear legs of the washer are "self leveling" the front legs could be raised and decreased by applying turning them like a screw. in case you won't be able to rock the gadget whilst it is not working then verify it for point and alter the front legs as needed. previous this it might properly be ok, somewhat shake throughout the time of the spin cycle is to be predicted. some older machines made by applying GE have been so undesirable they placed concrete 60# blocks interior to assist stabilize them. commerce it. in the journey that your upstairs floor is stable then so ought to the washer be.

Some dealers do not remove the screws or bolts that stabilize the drum while shipping. They must be removed before use.

That is not correct behaviour for a brand NEW machine, level floor or not call the place you bought it from asap

sounds to me like you put too many things in the washer. remove any heavy cloths like jeans or a coat or a blanket.

most washers bounce around because the cloths that are in it are producing an off balance because the clothes are not distributed around the drum. try removing some of the heavy cloths first then retry the washer.
