no directions for used treadmill?
everything seems to work fine, but when i scan my thumb for heart rate i will get a low reading that i know is wrong, i scan again and it shows a higher more logical heart rate, i dont have directions, is this giving me two different readings for a reason ? i mean does each reading mean something else, or is it just a piece of crap ? all the other displays are accurate as far as i can tell.

What's the make and model of the treadmill? Sometimes you can google it or go to the manufacturers website for the information on the product.
Oh and I bought a new treadmill and never got accurate readings so I just didn't rely on it.
