I know the sole will be rubber fro instance, there are different consistency's and thickness, to file for a utility patent will the patent drawings have to entail these details. I wont have a prototype and it will have to be tested and maybe changed or tweaked, so can I possibly get the patent without exact dimensions ?

Can someone explain foot entrapment to me in detail. Does the foot slide in-between two rocks and they cant pull the foot back out ? Is the foot stuck in the rocks or is it the force of the water that holds the foot in place ? If the shoe was slipped off could the foot be pulled out ? I just cant visualize why this happens. Really looking for pictures of this deadly position people get into so I understand thoroughly, but I cant find anything. Thanks

Sometimes I notice the bike rolls effortlessly , then I can feel a drag and it seems harder to peddle, and I have to peddle constantly. I don't hear any noises, no rubbing of brakes. Its just a straight axel , no shocks in back. Thought it was the pavement changes or my imagination, but today just coasting nicely, and then the drag came, its not enough to stop the bike or slow it down to much, but it causes me to pedal more. I asked the other day about a stuck piston on a atv, I took the caliper completely off, detached the parking brake from the caliper, the piston went right in. doing that though pushed the pin in the back to stick out so far that the parking brake wouldn't go back on because the pin was sticking out too far. I backed off the screw on the parking brake till it would fit flush again to the caliper. I put new fluid in and pumped the brake and the piston is stuck out again. jesus. the pads are tight against the fly wheel. isn't the piston suppose to move back into position after releasing the brake ? I am going to take it apart again and push the piston back in while waiting for ideas. a for sale sign AS IS coming soon.Thanks in advance, I don't know how to reply here.

I have a 2001 Yamaha wolverine 350. I wanted to change the rear brake pads, after removing the old ones I couldn't compress the piston back in, I had the brake fluid cap and diaphragm off, I used an old brake pad to put over the piston and then used a C clamp, it wouldn't budge, I also opened the bleeder valve. There has always been an awful squeal coming from the brakes hence changing the pads, they actually didn't look that bad and there are no groves on the fly wheel. I am wondering now if it has been seized all along, I really haven't had it out since I bought it used. The one time I did take it out the squealing got worse as the day went on. what can I do to get the piston back in, is there a tool, a trick, can I take it all apart, and if it needs a whole new caliper is it easy to install. Frustrated ! 50 year old female, I don't know too much, although I did get the front pads changed okay, and by okay I mean 2 hours for the 10 minute job they show on youtube. p.s, I cant afford a mechanic so that's not an option.

Friend let a guy store an atv, they agreed for a small fee, no contract. The guy hasn't been heard from in 3 years, no one knows where he is . Question is can this guy sell it and can I buy it ? He doesn't have the title or a key, so when we apply for a lost title will they contact this guy through dmv records, if so can this guy come and claim it ? Are there steps to take legally, put ads in the paper ? This is in Idaho. Thanks in advance

okay 203 5"6 50 yo, first two weeks lost 9 pounds, been stuck there ever since another two weeks, at 65,30,5, I even walk on treadmill 20 minutes a day. at first my fat was not this high so I increased as to lose more weight. I used to drink beer all week, 2 sodas a day, cupcakes, pie, cereal, anything I dammed well pleased, I haven't had a beer or soda or any sugar to speak of, no bread, pasta etc in a month, that alone should drop me 2 lbs a week right ? I eat around 1000 cals a day average, but I am not hungry so I don't eat more than I need. I do drink the cascade ice water, this seems to be the culprit ? I was choking down water like people suggested but I seemed to just plateau because of water, so I slowed down on that. haven't lost even a hair using the tape measure. what the heck am I doing wrong, ready to go out and tie one on and eat a whole cake by myself, any ideas. p.s my bowel movements have been little to nothing the last few days, could this be the weight I am holding according to the scale. thanks for any suggestions. I do take some chemo meds also.

think someone is scamming, the drywall is already hung, it just needs to be mudded and sanded, lets say a 12x12 room, is there anyway it could cost 1900.00, no painting involved either, floors are not done yet, no carpet so less mess, this price will include trim to be put up later after WE paint. this seems astronomical.

we have a young male manager that falls all over a new employee male, the entire work place laughs behind his back, including the newer employee. New employee is not gay, manager is. Newer employee bragged about getting more hours because of the crush . The main boss passed away, while waiting for replacement GM, this young manager self appointed himself in charge and made this newer employee a supervisor. The N employee is extremely lazy, hasn't a clue of the entire operation, he only ever ran a small drink stand, much much more to learn, so to be considered a supervisor is as ridiculous as making my cat a boss. New GM comes from another state. New GM came in off season, only two people working and they did all the talking, there is NO one else to confirm or deny what these kids told him about who was in charge, they took full advantage. This Manager has pampered this guy to the point its sickening, he bends over backwards to make sure this kid doesn't have to lift a finger in fear the guy will leave, he is a college student works part time, some times part part time, making him a supervisor was just one more ploy to make him stay. is there a formal complaint I can make legally, the new GM has been brainwashed seriously. its three against one, they all know this kid is doing this but wont bring it up, they instead are sticking together as they all have their own agenda to stay relevant while pushing me , the fricking hardest working person there away. I walked away from the job as this click cannot be broken, I am livid as well as hurt at the lengths they have gone to to **** me and keep me away, a direct threat I am to there bullshit self appointed positions. I may just have to go to a higher court. its a tough call cause it looks like I am calling him out, he is not openly gay, but if this were a guy doing favors for a hot blond I wouldn't even have to be typing this right now. phewew !!

here is a wild question, do water pills take water from fat cells ? if so if i drained the water first with the water pills then worked out, would the fat cells obviously release fat quicker? just really been working hard and i would like to start burning fat as fast as possible, i may be already who knows, loosing poundage but that could be water. thanks in advance

so i lost 3 lbs this week, way out of shape to start, but i hit the treadmill pretty hard { two miles today walking fast and jogging}and the stair stepper, some weights, the row machine, doing about 800 cal. but my fat percentage on the scale only showed 1% loss, does this mean i am burning muscle instead of fat or is that about the right rate of fat loss.

everything seems to work fine, but when i scan my thumb for heart rate i will get a low reading that i know is wrong, i scan again and it shows a higher more logical heart rate, i dont have directions, is this giving me two different readings for a reason ? i mean does each reading mean something else, or is it just a piece of crap ? all the other displays are accurate as far as i can tell.

Did the silver price go up nad they traded for profit ? could you buy merchandise with silver in 1890 or did you need paper money ? Did the government demand the silver ? I am writing a story, in this story i need to get the watermelon note into this family's hands somehow in 1890, thought i read somewhere that banks only used the note for bank money transfers and wasn't for public use. If a family was well to do back then could they have gotten one ? odd question, but this Note needs to fit into the storyline somehow.

They say UNIQUE in paper currency collecting means only one sample known. Does this mean only one sample made and not circulated, or does it mean what it sounds like, only one has ever come forward ? is it possible someone has one in an old closet and doesn't know ?
