okay 203 5"6 50 yo, first two weeks lost 9 pounds, been stuck there ever since another two weeks, at 65,30,5, I even walk on treadmill 20 minutes a day. at first my fat was not this high so I increased as to lose more weight. I used to drink beer all week, 2 sodas a day, cupcakes, pie, cereal, anything I dammed well pleased, I haven't had a beer or soda or any sugar to speak of, no bread, pasta etc in a month, that alone should drop me 2 lbs a week right ? I eat around 1000 cals a day average, but I am not hungry so I don't eat more than I need. I do drink the cascade ice water, this seems to be the culprit ? I was choking down water like people suggested but I seemed to just plateau because of water, so I slowed down on that. haven't lost even a hair using the tape measure. what the heck am I doing wrong, ready to go out and tie one on and eat a whole cake by myself, any ideas. p.s my bowel movements have been little to nothing the last few days, could this be the weight I am holding according to the scale. thanks for any suggestions. I do take some chemo meds also.

David, that was a deep article, it lost me to be honest, but I have read and studied almost everything there is on the keto diet, that's way I am up in arms over this block. Maybe I will try to read this again and see if it makes sense. Thanks
