Disable tab animation on firefox 8?

How do you disable the tab animation when you open or close a new tab in firefox 8?

I have no tab animation plugins. This is a vanilla install of firefox 8...

    Go to Tools>Add-ons

    Than go to Extensions. Find your Tab animator add-ons. Click on Disable & click on Remove than restart your firefox. Look it will not disturb you.
