Moving to Alaska, 18 year old guy?

Hello,

I'm turning 18 in a couple of weeks and am curious about moving to Alaska.

I have my California proficiency exam which is equivalent to a high school diploma.

I was wondering the best way about moving to Alaska, what are some good job opportunities for me?

I am honestly interested in anything, oil, fishing, manual labor in general.

Please let me know the best way to go about this.

Is there any job that would just literally move me out there and have me work for a year or so?

thank you.

    Lindsey,

you are young enough to get some fresh air and experience. Nothing wrong with that. If you are determined to work and a bit flexible, I'm sure you'll find work in Alaska. Just don't go in the winter time, wait 'til Spring or you will hate it.

Of course not, you can move there but no company is going to relocate a 18 year old
