Should I go to Disney World or Universal Studios?

I would like to go to Disney World but we only have enough money for one day. I would also like to go to Universal (not as much as Disney) and then we can afford 2 days.

Which one?

Thats a tough one, personally I adore Disney World more! I find it more fun and magical, but universal studios is really interesting. I think you should go to the one where you'll be able to spend more time at because you can enjoy more - but then again, if you prefer Disney then you should spend just the day there cause in the end its better to go where you really wanna go instead of the second option, you know? All I know is theyre both fun, but you should save up more money ;)

Generally I'd always recommend Disney, but on a budget and short time frame, do Universal because in two days you can do both Universal and Islands of Adventure (they are side by side, you walk from one to the other) and you can go back and do rides you want to do again. Disney is awesome, but really you would only see one of the parks, and Disney World is a place you need to spend 4 to 6 days at, so you experience it all and have a memorable trip. At Universal- don't follow the crowds in the morning, they are all heading to Islands of Adventure and Harry Potter. Turn right to Universal when you go in, and you'll find lines are really short or non-existent because the crowds are in the other park. In the afternoon, go over to Islands of Adventure. It is still more crowded than Universal, but not as bad as the mornings. City Walk, where you come into the two parks, has shops and upstairs are a couple of fast food restaurants- Panda Express and Carls Jr or Burger King- for a lunch that cheap and good. Also there is a big big movie theater and if you are tired in the early afternoon you can just catch a movie. No crowds at all.

No contest, go to Islands of Adventure at the Universal Studios. Trust me My parents worked at disney so I used to go there everyday. If you are 5-10 years old you will love disney, anywhere older and you will be better of at Universal, they have all the fast and popular rides. It's the best theme park in the world to me. I would choose universal over disney any day. Trust me, I'm Floridian.

Go to youtube and look for a sample of the attractions offered in each park and make your choose on what you think is the most awesome.

I'll give you a short answer. They are both awesome, but Disney is an experience. Universal has great rides for kids all ages and is a ton of fun, but that is really it. Disney is literally, a WORLD of Disney with multiple parks, and there is tons to do over several days. Either way, you can't go wrong.

There's only a few big and popular rides at Universal, and people mostly go there for the Wizardinf World. But, the big rides are super fun and the churros are yummy. xD

Meanwhile, Disney has a lot of big and popular rides. But it is much more busy than Universal.

Oh btw, Universal only takes ONE day. Both islands and all.

2 days at Universal is not cheaper than 1 at Disney World, look it up.

Nothing beats Disney World and if you buy a 2-day pass it's a little cheaper per day.
