i live in wisconsin and would like to go back to school for cna. my felony is a drug charge. not sure how to go about it. can anyone point me in the right direction ?

Google for a Wisconsin criminal defense attorney who specializes in expungements.
Under the Wisconsin criminal code, a felony conviction may not be expunged.

A waiver is unlikely. You need to expunge the record for some valid reason. You need a lawyer.
