could an english speaker proofread this complaint letter?

To whom it may concern:

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the English-improvement practice CDs I recently bought from your store, ‘CD World’, hoping to improve my level of the language.

Having read the advertisement and having eventually bought such CDs, I must say that they did not live up to my expectations whatsoever, as I found many differences between the ad and the CDs pack itself.

While the CDs advertisement ensured both business and pleasure conversations, I never found the formers in your product. Having this been disappointing enough, I also discovered that it was practically impossible to take advantage of the ‘listen and repeat’ function, because the time to repeat was incredibly short for anyone, whose native language is not English, to do it successfully.

However, what unsettled me the most was the luring attitude with which the price of the product was advertised. The cost of the CDs was not 20 euros but it actually rose to 120 euros, which I did not notice until the moment of the purchase.

I hope that you consider my complaint seriously enough to provide me with a full refund, as well as to reconsider the information in your advertisement in order that other potential costumer does not have such inconveniences.

    I think this is very good, you should just take out the word "seriously" in the sentence that says "I hope that you consider my complaint seriously enough to provide me with a full refund, as well as to reconsider the information in your advertisement in order that other potential costumer does not have such inconveniences."
