Can the Ozone layer be repaired?
Is there any way to produce ozone gas on large scale and fill up the holes in the ozone layer?
I mean we are producing many other gases on industrial scales, why can't it be ozone

No, this cannot be done by us making more ozone, or some mythical ozone replacement.
We make everything in such a way that it causes further damage, and this is how we make ozone now. By burning fossil fuels, that add water vapor and waste heat, which eventually destroy ozone. Then we'd do more of that damage to get it up to the ozone layer.
The Sun makes and destroys the ozone layer a few times over during the day. The contaminants we add to the atmosphere, limit the maximum stable value ("equilibrium value") obtained. Any tiny bit of ozone we could add would disappear in minutes, but the contaminants would last for decades.
We have to control contaminants (especially water vapor). We have to not soil our nest. We cannot pull fresh leaves over the mess and pretend we've done good.
We banned use of CFCs, a big step. Now we have to reduce the amount of water vapor that gets into the ozone layer.

The ozone layer is constantly being destroyed and renewed by the Sun. The balance of how much ozone is present, is depressed by contaminants in the vicinity of the "ozone layer". Some of those contaminants are provided by Nature.
Some of them are provided by Man, and Man also consumes some of the oxygen at high altitude which also serves to depress the amount of ozone that can be produced.
If we can control our emissions / actions, the ozone layer will heal.
The primary source of ozone in the ozone layer is the interaction between UV-C radiation from the sun and O2 in the atmosphere. The UV-C radiation splits O2 molecules creating free O atoms. These individual atoms then eventually join other O2 molecules to create O3 (ozone). Since the Sun is always shining, ozone is constantly being produced in the atmosphere.

Yes, The Ozone layer can be repaired naturally, but this will take many years. While we wait for this, the ozone layer can be repaired artificially using the research procedure of a theoretical scientist David Stephen.

The ozone hole has been shrinking the last few years. The press doesnt report that part... why not? Guess good news doesnt sell.

no we can not ozone layer be repaired because it is natural phenomenon. we just reduce the ozone layer depletion.
