How do you interpret these drug orders?

I need some help with my pharmacology class. Please interpret the following medication (drug) orders.

>Humulin N NPH U - 100 insulin 30 U SC q.d. 30 minutes after breakfast

>Gelusil 10 mL p.o. h.s.

>morphine sulfate gr 1/4 IM q.3 - 4h p.r.n., pain

>corisporin otic suspension 2 gtt A.U. t.i.d. et h.s.

>mylanta 5 ml p.o. 1h a.c., 1h p.c., h.s., et q.2h p.r.n. @ noc, gastric upset

    humulin nph insulin 100 units subcutaneously daily 30 minutes before breakfast

    gelusil 10 cc by mouth at bedtime

    morphine sulfate 1/4 grains intramuscular injection every 3-4 hours as needed for pain

    cortisporin (you spelled it wrong) ear suspension 2 drops right ear three times per day and at bedtime

    mylanta 5 cc. orally 1 hour before and 1 hour after meals and at bedtime, then every 2 hours as needed for stomach pain
