Is it true that Scotland has twice the number of Giant Pandas than Tory MPs ?

Do none of these blighters read the Telegraph or Daily Mail ??

    Yes, we have 2 pandas, 1 Tory MP.

    This is indeed the case, but I don't think either of the pandas read those newspapers. Perhaps the "People's Daily"?
