Do women have testes?

My boyfriend told me that women have testes, somebody for the love of god correct him. Please and thank you

    No. I think he is confusing testes with gonads.

    male gonads: testes

    female gonads: ovaries

    He should at least run these testes by her to see if she accepts them with open arms or turns her nose up at them. A good partner would accept them two at time if she's that talented.

    No. The female homologous structures to the testes are the ovaries.
