How do you find the USPS postage paid?

I have an item I won on eBay with a "Us Postage Paid Pitney Bowes" print out for a label. The actual postage has been blocked out. There is a number at the top by the blocked out price and a tracking number and a "Electronic Rate Approved" number. I want to know what the shipper actually PAID. Is there any way to find out?

Of course the USPS web site is NO HELP! Which is no surprise.

You can find out the 'COST' of shipping from zip code to zip code, but I need to find out what the shipper actually paid. I had to pay the postman extra money when I received it, but I also paid for shipping when I won the auction.

Other than writing the seller, is there anyway to track on line what was actually paid?

I believe only the person who purchased the postage has access to that information, unless it is listed on the package you received.

Yes, go to Click It and Ship It and you can print your labels direct from USPS and pay with Paypal.

Why did you pay the postman extra money when you received it?? Was it a COD (Cash on Delivery) package?
