My Foreskin does not recede?
I am 19, and though I am not sex obsessed, I know that my sexual peak is here, and I rather not look like a fool when I consummate a strong relationship, so I want to know what I am doing. But, for starters I have never pulled back my foreskin far enough. I have achieved ejaculation all these years without having to by stimulating the head (as opposed to the usual jerking motion) and that's worked fine, but sex is a different story. How can I get myself better use to the jerking motion, and more importantly have my friend make himself more known without a trip to the emergency room? This is a bit embaressing, so please be kind.
Thanks for the relies, and I do wash it, but as I said it is not all the way out, in a sense it's a frightened turtle that peaks out, but is still in its shell.

Ignore the comment about circumcision. If that respondent wants to cut up her own genitals, let her.
Circumcision is a brutally cruel and highly destructive procedure that removes 75% of the sexually sensitive tissue from the penis for no other reason than to make doctors rich.
There is nothing wrong with you that some simple foreskin stretches cannot solve.
You have a naturally tight foreskin, just like every other intact (not circumcised) man on the planet had at your age.
Over 85% of the males on earth are intact so you are on the winning side. The other 15% are envious and wish they still were intact.
Follow the information in the links below and work the foreskin stretches into the daily shower routine.
Let the warm water loosen and relax the skin before stretching.
Stretches are to be firm, but gentle, with no pain. Pain is a damage indicator. Over stretching till it hurts can create micro tears in the skin opening that will heal over with non elastic scar tissue, making retraction more difficult. No pain,...ever.
What will happen is the Frenar Band (google it) of muscle that closes down the skin opening will relax and expand enough to allow the foreskin to glide effortlessly back and forth over the coronal rim of the glans.
You should see some good results in two weeks, with full and painless retraction in 3-4 months. If it takes longer just keep stretching.
If you choose to see a doctor about this, ask for Betamethasone cream. This is the standard that is prescribed to help loosen a tight foreskin. Do not let the doctor even breathe the word: Circumcision. You don't need that. Find a new doctor if need be....someone who will treat the matter without taking a knife to your penis.
You can also go to the drug store and get Cortisone cream. You can buy a weaker version off the shelf at .5% under the name "Cortaid". This type of cream will work as well,...just not as effectively as the higher strength stuff from the doctor will.
Apply the cream an hour before and give it time to work its magic before stretching.
You have to do the stretches in conjunction with cream use, so why not just try the stretches first?
Do not listen to anyone who claims you need to force the skin back to clean under there. Nature has this well in hand. The foreskin/glans combination produce a powerful anti microbial compound called Langerin. Langerin wards off bacteria and keeps this area clean and disease free.....just like you are now.
Go to: www.norm.org and read about the reason and function of the foreskin. You will see how very fortunate you are to still have yours, and how misguided are those who promote circumcision for any reason.
Good luck and I hope this helped.

To solve phimosis (tight foreskin):
The penis is basically like 3 balloons filled with blood. See Diagram: http://en.academic.ru/dic.nsf/enwiki/265769o
This page shows functions and mobility: http://www.circumstitions.com/completeman/
Masturbating can be damaging to the penis if you apply too much pressure. It damages the spongy tissue structure. Consequently the 3 spongy chambers do not fill out with blood and expand the skin. So what you need to do is allow repair to happen. Masturbate as little as possible. And when you do masturbate don't do it for a long time. Too much masturbation (especially with the wrong technique) can cause micro-tears in the skin, which form scar tissue; scar tissue is less elastic than unscarred tissue.
Also, make sure you are not using a damaging masturbation technique. Just lightly grip the penis and move the foreskin up and down.
Once the inside structure starts to repair this should expand the outside skin and consequently it will be easier to retract over the head.
Tips to increase penis size:
You should do the following from the ages of 14 to 21.
1.Stay lean, thin and muscular with exercise such as running and weights.
2.Eat well.
3.Don't masturbate too much, and when you do, don't damage penis by applying too much pressure
Exercise increases testosterone, the male hormone. Weights are especially good for this.
Being thin means less cholesterol (the fatty stuff that clogs blood vessels), consequently testosterone is more effective.
Being thin also means there is more blood flow to the penis; so when you get spontaneous erections it stretches out the 3 spongy chambers of the penis. See diagram: http://en.academic.ru/dic.nsf/enwiki/265769o
Don't masturbate too much as this depletes energy and effects hormone levels. The penis was not designed for the strong pressure of the hand. Over-masturbation is likely to damage the delicate spongy chambers of the penis. This leads to energy being diverted into repairing the penis rather than growth.
I would avoid spending time on the computer as this resists the temptation to look at porn and masturbate. Also the electro-magnetic radiation from the monitor is not good for you if your head/brain is too close to it.
You should be getting spontaneous erections. Erections are good for expanding out the penis with blood. This happens a lot during sleep.
So be thin, muscular and don't masturbate too much.
Other masculine traits will result from this too:deep voice, angular jaw, pronounced forehead and big space between eyes.

Don't panic! Yes some people have a foreskin that is looser than others so it pulls back when they get an erection. Other people have a tighter foreskin so it doesn't go back when they get an erection. It doesn't matter what one you have, your normal, heck mine doesn't go back when i get an erection, i can just see the top of the head. If you really don't like it you could probably get surgery for it, but i think that is unnecessary Peter

Run a very warm bath and sit in bath and bathe as normal after three or minutes you penis will become very flaccid and wrinkly because of the affect of the water ease your foreskin gently back so as to expose the head of the penis and then pull it back so that it covers the head of your penis.
Do that a few times and you will find that will solve your problem
