Even though I am vegan, I honestly have no problem with hunting. I believe that if somebody truly wants to eat meat, they should kill the animals themselves.

Hunting is much more humane than factory farming. One or two shots, and the animal is dead. It did not know it was going to die, and most likely had a painless death.

I do not however consider hunting a sport. In a sport, the other team at least knows that they are in the game. I am also against hunters who hang dead animals heads on their walls. Animals are not trophies.

I'm an omnivore, so ignore my opinion if it will put off your statistics.

I think hunting can be more humane than farming but most of the time it isn't because a lot of hunters are also morons who have no cares towards animals at all. Some do, but some don't. Actually, I guess that makes it a lot like farming ...

I'm a vegan and I don't like seeing animals being killed. However, I'm not as strongly against hunting for food as I am to hunting for fun and animal farms. Personally, I would never do that, but I do understand when people need to hunt for food. Hunting just for the sake of killing, however, is disgusting and horrible.

Hunting for fun (and ONLY fun): horrible.

Hunting to control population: sad necessity. The deer that would starve during the winter because lack of population control led to lack of food would not thank me for opposing hunting.

Hunting for food: better than buying meat at the grocery store. I can respect people who kill a boar, skin it and use as much of it as possible, more than people who will only buy styrofoam trays of boneless meat so that they won't have to be reminded of the fact that their food was once a sentient being.

Id rather have someone hunt meat then buy it. Its a much more ethical, then the meat source of supermarkets.

I'm fine with it as long as it is done to keep down a population and for food, Not fine with it when it's for trophies and targets endangered or even close to endangered species.

    Deer are just big rats.

it is more humane than factory farms but no animal deserves death, it is still murder to me, just not with a hit man to kill it for you............
