I am so confused, please help?

so about a couple of days ago, i went to the bathroom to pee and when i was wipeing i noticed light pink blood on the tissue paper. Thinking that i was going to start my period, but it never came. I have irregular period so i don't know exactly when my period is. As the days passed i noticed that when i come from work or even anytime of the day i feel nauseated but i don't throw up, i have headache in the middle of the day, slight fevers, and back pain. I just wanted to know what is wrong with me. I have in appointment with my doctor in four days, so before that i just wanted to see what you guys though, please no rude comments just asking for your opinons. thanks in advance.
