if a person is an illegal immigrant and she became pregnant in the UK, is that enough reason for her to stay?

minimum age for fiance and/marriage visa is 21 years old. she is only 19 and he 48. Never met before in person. He came here for only 2 weeks and was able to bring her back with him. No proof of long relationship, 2 weeks or 1 month is not sufficient, right? Not to mention the man has a son 8 months older than her. She had numerous foreign boyfriends in the Philippines but this Brit 'married' her--don't know if it is real or fake, and she has many ads in dating sites, possible indication she had these ads before she was even 18 cos she just turned 19 last June or July. --- possible scammer and prostitute highly likely.

You can't stay in the UK as an illegal immigrant and getting pregnant gives you no rights. There is no need for a proof of a long relationship - a couple just needs to prove that they have met in person. There is no requirement that they have to have met for 2 years. As long as they have actually met, even for 1 day, that is all that is legally required. If he married her, then she is his wife and can come on a spouse visa. If he was in the military then both parties do not need to be over 21 - the age is only 18
