I really help on a debate about against the freedom of speech of the press?
I'm doing a debate and my side I have to fight for is: against the freedom of speech of the press! For example: The press haking into mobiles to find out information ect..and I need some ideas of what I can say about it.

Hacking is a crime. It is not covered by freedom of speech or freedom of the press.
The 1st amendment is referring to the fact that the government cannot throw you in jail for printing or saying something the government doesn't like.
Freedom of speech only goes so far as well. It only refers to political speech. It doesn't give you the right to yell "fire" in a crowded theater.
